Since its inception in 1979, West Fourth Landscape Architecture, P.A. (originally Roy H. Pender & Associates, P.A.) has consistently provided quality landscape architectural services throughout the southeastern United States. Client base includes architects, corporations, land developers, universities, municipal governments, country clubs, hospitals and medical facilities and private homeowners.

West Fourth has carefully managed its size so it can continue to offer the personal services and provide the quality design that our clients demand and deserve.
